One of the foremost facts required for a successful preaching ministry is to know what message you have been sent to preach. The next very important fact is to know where you are sent-the city and people you are sent to. When Jesus sent His disciples out, He told where to go.

It interesting that some of the great men of the Bible who were known for certain things fell in those very areas. When we think of Eljah, courage comes to mind. He walked into the court of Ahab and Jezebel, the king and queen of Israel, and told them it would not rain, except at his word. He challenged the prophets of Baal to a contest that was won as he called upon the name of the Lord. Yet later we read how he ran and hid in a cave because Queen Jezebel put out a contract on his life.

Samson was known for his superhuman strength in which he could kill Philistines with a bone or whatever objects that happened to be around at the time. Yet Samson was brought down in immorality. We know of Abraham's faith, yet he lied on at least two occasions by saying that his wife Sarah was his sister, for fear that the Egyptians would kill him because of her. The Bible warns, "Therefore let him who thinks he stands take heed lest he fall" (1 Corinthians 10:12). Sometimes the areas in which you fall are the areas in which you think you are the strongest. Usually, when you know you are weak in an area, then you will be watchful and keep your guard up in that area. But when you think you are strong in an area you then to lower lower your guard in that area.

But unguarded strength is a double weakness. You may be cautious in your area of vulnerability but lower your guard in the area in which you think you are strong. And that just might be the area in which you fall. So be careful. It is just when you think you are not going to fall that you are in greater danger of falling.

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works (John 14:10).

The Lord Jesus called the Holy Spirit the Father that dwelt in Him, identifying the Holy Spirit as the One who worked miracles through Him while He walked the earth. Furthermore, in John 8:38, He said, “I speak that which I have seen with my Father….” It’s thus clear that Jesus walked in union with the Father in an extraordinary way. He did nothing without the power of the Holy Spirit.

He said in John 5:19, “…Verily, verily, I say to you, The Son can do nothing by himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.” He was always conscious of His inseparable oneness with the Father. No wonder He was such an outstanding success for us to emulate. We must walk in union with the Father as He did.

Having received the Holy Spirit, the Father lives in you now, for you’re His temple. So, like Jesus, you’re in the Father, and the Father is in you. Become conscious of this reality. Become conscious that you’re not alone. You don’t have to try to reach out to the Father; He’s in you. You don’t even need to cry or yell for Him to hear you. Everywhere you go, you go in and with the Father who lives permanently in you.

The Holy Spirit is your Father for real. He knows you more than you know yourself. There’s nothing about you that’s strange to Him. He’s more passionate about your success than you could ever be. Simply accept what He sees you to be, and endorse the picture; then, you’re ready to walk in union with Him.

1 Corinthians 6:17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. Galatians 4:6-7 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. 2 Corinthians 6:16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in [them]; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Real men of God pay attention to needs. Ministers of God are always on the lookout for ways to help others. When they see a need, they seize the moment to meet it, just as the Bible commands us: "Therefore, as we have the opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith." (Galatians 6:10). When God puts someone in need right in front of you, He is giving you the opportunity to grow in servanthood. Notice that God says the needs of your church family are to be given preference. It is a great privilege to serve them because they are dear to God.
We miss many occasions for serving because we lack sensitivity and spontaneity. Great opportunities to serve never last long. They pass quickly, sometimes never to return again. You may only get one chance to serve that person, so take advantage of the moment. "Never tell your neighbours to wait until tomorrow if you can help them now." John Wesley was an incredible servant of God. His motto was: "Do all the good you can, by all the means you can, in all the ways you can, in all the places you can, at all the times you can, to all the people you can, as long as you ever can."

That is greatness. You can begin by looking for small tasks that no one else wants to do. Do these little things as if they were great things, because being faithful in little things will bring you great things.

Conclusively, for you now to be successful in the ministry which God has placed before you , you need to understand your calling. Now, how can you know your calling ? You can identity your calling by doing the following;

1. Pray fervently; Keep asking God in prayers to get it right
2. You add fasting; If prayers alone don't work out well, introduce fasting into it.
3. Search the scripture; read and meditate in His words. By doing this, heaven can open and insight to your vision and mission can be revealed.
4. Try praises ; introduce praises to it. The more you praise God the more He raises you.

The more you understand your calling the easier to get vision and mission accomplished! Understand your calling today!

“ 1.When your vision is enormous, sometimes your efforts may seem not to yield any results. But remember  no matter how long the night lingers, it cannot deny the day its opportunity. Though it may seem like its taking longer than expected to manifest, keep working on it. A lot can happen in just a second.

2.One of the ways to become a champion in life is to produce champions. Success is not always about you becoming, but helping others to become.

3.Don't be afraid to push people to succeed or go higher than you. Sometimes, its better to 'make' others than to make yourself. Its proof of how strong you are.

4.God give you a  promise that you won’t have to face life alone… for when you grow weak in your struggles, His strength will prevail and not your own.

5.You don't always have to be in the lime light or occupy the front row seat to make an impact or cause a change. I'm unknown, but I have inspired and impacted millions over the years from the background through writing. Its not always about having a 'big' platform, but your passion and commitment to the assignment on your life. What are you waiting for? Impact your world.

6.The journey of life is not really about who succeeds or gets there first; it is about who gets the best out of life. Don't fret when others take the lead. They may have gone ahead of you, but it doesn't mean they have the best. Focus on getting the best out of life.

7.The fact that a man doesn't see things the same way you do does not mean he's wrong. He may actually be very right. In life, people will see things you can't. So until you are humble enough and learn to consider other people's opinions, you will always lack in wisdom and knowledge.”

Christianity is living out that transcendent life of Christ. You have the nature of God in your spirit. You have become the expression and effulgence of His glory. The Christian is born of God; he is the Godman which is the mankind of God. He has and lives the God-life. We are children of the Most High. (John 1:13). You are God's dwelling place. In Him you live, move and have being. You have the ability to effect positive changes in your world.

Christianity is not a religion. Religion describes man's desire to reach out to a God he believes exists. Then his actions portray his thoughts about this God. Christianity is different. In Christianity man isn't in search of God. One is brought into a relationship, union and oneness with God. Christianity is Christ within you, living and working His righteousness through you. He has given us a triumphant life in Christ Jesus.

In Christianity, man isn’t in search of God; rather, one is brought into a living relationship, union and oneness with God. Christianity is Christ in you, living and working out His righteousness through you. God has given us a triumphant life in Christ Jesus; Christianity is living out that transcendent life of Christ; the unveiling of the living Word in a human life.

The Christian is literally born of God; he’s the Godman; that is, the “mankind” of God; He has and lives the God-life in the earth. In actual sense, he’s a “god.” Psalm 82:6 says, “I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High.” We’re children of the Most High, because we’re ...born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:13). This is the reason sickness, disease, or infirmity of the body can’t, and shouldn’t be your master.

It is knowing that sponsors growing in every tiled of life. Every man on earth so hunted by one same old enemy called darkness (ignorance). God could not expel darkness until He applied light (knowledge) to it. Ignorance is an anonymous bondage  that only a self-employed knowledge can set us free from. You are in bondage to every knowledge you lack; you are still under the bondage of the enemy because you have not employed the needed knowledge that will set you free.

Knowledge they say is power because within every knowledge is the expiring date of any sort of Ignorance and it will unveil you on earth.
Until you know, you cannot be known. It is also paramount to know that ignorance can also dress as knowledge in other to keep us tightly bound in its prison. That is why our anchor scripture says "And ye shall know the truth". Until you know the true nature of things, your freedom will be delayed.

To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:26-27).

Even though listed by many as one of the different religions of the world, Christianity isn’t a religion. Religion describes man’s insatiable desire to reach out to a “God” he believes exists somewhere, and his fear of that “God,” whoever that God might be. Then, his actions portray his thoughts about this “God” whom he’s trying to search out and understand; trying to live his life according to his thinking and perception about this divine being. Christianity, however, is completely different.

Until this becomes a revelation to you, something you know for yourself in a practical way, what you have would be the religiosity of Christian principles, and not Christianity in depth. To be a Christian means you have the very nature of God in your human spirit. It means you’ve become the unveiling of God’s righteousness; the expression and effulgence of His glory.

You’re a partaker of the divine nature; that nature can’t be corrupted or defiled by sickness, disease or anything that’s of darkness, because it’s the very nature of God. This is Christianity: it’s the outworking of divinity—the Christ-life—in you; the practice of the heavenly in the earth!

God has put everything you need to know in His Word. The power of God is in you. When you have a need, put your full trust in God and believe He will do it. There is no other way for you to become all you can become except through the Word of God and the Holy Spirit within you. He speaks through you. The Israelites who were slaves in Egypt, had no Bible. But they had Moses whom God spoke through. When things are not going your way, you can find  answers through the Word of God and prayer. God has a good plan and purpose for you. You are a child of God according to scripture. Galatians 3:26; "For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus."
God created you with some education before you were even in your mother's womb. (Jeremiah 1:5). God loves you with a love you couldn't fathom. His love is unfailing, unlimited, unbounded and everlasting. (1 John 4:10). We all who are in Christ, have work to do in the Heavenly Kingdom. We are special to God. The more you go into God's Word, the more your life changes. God is at work in you. There is never a need to fear. The words"fear not" are written in the Bible 365 times. That's reassurance that we never need to fear or worry. God is with us always.
Proverbs 3:5-8;
5. Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD and depart from evil. 8. It shall be health to thy navel, and marrow to thy bones."
You must trust the Lord wholeheartedly. Never put yourself ahead of God or anything above God. God should be your main priority in everything you think, say or do. When you trust someone, you put your hope in them and you don't doubt. When you trust God, you count on His character. Whatever circumstances, adversities, or storms you may encounter in your life, God is always with you

But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble (James 4:6).

Whatever God asks you to do, He gives you the grace for it. Romans 12:6-8 says, “Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy…Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation….” So, we’re given gifts, special abilities, according to the grace that God gives us, showing that there’re different measures of grace, depending on what He tells us to do.

For example, if as a minister, you started out by reaching a certain number of people, God will give you the grace to handle that number. When you’re to reach ten times that number of people, what He does for you is to give you more grace, not more anointing or more power.

There’s nowhere in the Bible He tells us He’ll give us more power or more anointing. What power could be more than the Holy Spirit who already lives in us? He’s the power of God! However, James tells us in our opening verse, “…he giveth more grace….” What is grace? It’s the divine influence on a man’s spirit. It’s the outworking or outward reflection of that inward divine influence: the beauty, ability, perfection, excellence, virtue and glory of divinity in your human spirit.

The problem some have had is the misuse of language. What many call anointing is actually grace, but they don’t realise it. They’ll say, “God has given me a greater anointing,” no; He didn’t! He gave you more grace. That means His power that’s inside you is released more now on the outside, on the basis of His calling on your life.

You can walk in increased grace and accomplish more for the Lord! You can have His beauty, glory, and goodness released in your life in increasing measure, and the scripture tells us how: it’s by your humility, submission to the Word, and faithfulness in the things He’s called you to do.

Deuteronomy 31:8; "And the LORD, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed." There is much unrest in this country and all over the world. God will never fail or abandon you. You have this promise from the Father.
Romans 8:28; "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." All who love Jesus, anything that seems bad God will make it work out for good. So continue trusting and keeping your faith in Him. Bad is always cancelled out by God's good. Fear is a bad thing but we need not fear. Isaiah 43:1; "But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine."

God has redeemed you from captivity. Before we were with Christ, we were in captivity to the enemy and sin. We have been set free, delivered, declared righteous and justified. We need never fear anything or anyone. The words "fear not" are written in the Bible 365 times. That's reassurance that we need never fear, worry or fret about anything. 1 John 4:18; "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love."
Jesus is love. Those who still suffer in fear don't have a full understanding of God's love. Trust God wholeheartedly. (Proverbs 3:5-6).  God is always with you. He has promised this when He says He is with you always even unto the end of the world. (Matthew 28:20).
Psalms 18:2-3;2. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower. 3. I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies." David had the answer to the law as if he had salvation. David spoke as though he was under grace. He had a strong relationship with God. You must praise, trust and acknowledge God in everything. He will save you from your enemies.
1 Peter 5:8; "Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:" The enemy can devour and prey on your phobias. He can only attack if you are fearful. So you must trust and have faith in the Lord. If you are fearless the enemy cannot touch you.
2 Timothy 1:7; "For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." The Lord has given us a spirit of power and love. We have the same authority to use the Word of God as Jesus had when He was tempted in the wilderness of the devil. Don't let fear stop you from doing what you need to do. Fear not for God is with you.

As a Christian you need not to fear. Fear is the opposite of faith! Be a good Christian. Shalom!

It was not to be as Dembele found space in the box in the last minute to beat Jan Oblak with a low shot that evaded a desperate effort by Lucas Hernandez to clear the ball off the line. Ousmane Dembele came off the bench to snatch Barcelona a 1-1 draw away to Atletico Madrid in Saturday's top-of-the-table clash in LaLiga.

Diego Costa's first top-flight goal this season looked set to give Diego Simeone his maiden league victory against Barcelona in seven years as Atletico's head coach, which would have taken them to the summit.

A draw maintains the status quo at the top of LaLiga with Barca a point clear of Atletico having successfully avoided suffering back-to-back league losses for the first time under Ernesto Valverde.

Brilliant Spurs Hammer Chelsea
Son Heung-min was a menace to a ramshackle Chelsea defence throughout and brought up his 50th goal in Tottenham colours with a sublime 54th-minute solo effort.

Olivier Giroud's late header from Cesar Azpilicueta's cross could not stop Mauricio Pochettino's men leapfrogging Chelsea to go third in the Premier League, five points shy of leaders Manchester City on 30 points.

Tottenham left Maurizio Sarri's unbeaten record as Chelsea boss in tatters as they stormed to a 3-1 derby win at Wembley. Dele Alli's sixth goal in this fixture got Spurs off to a flyer and Harry Kane made it 2-0 in the 16th minute.

The Five-time Ballon D'or Winner Beat Spal Goalkeeper
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner beat SPAL goalkeeper Alfred Gomis from six yards in the 28th minute at the Allianz Stadium – his ninth league strike for the Bianconeri.

Cristiano Ronaldo made it six goals in as many Serie A games on Saturday as Juventus beat SPAL 2-0 to move nine points clear at the top of the table.

Douglas Costa – one of six changes for Juve – impressed throughout for the league leaders, creating numerous openings that the hosts, including Ronaldo, were unable to convert.

Mario Mandzukic finally doubled Juve's advantage on the hour, the Croatia international sealing all three points with a simple tap-in after Costa's shot had stung the palms of Gomis.

Neymar and Kylian Mbappe were both out injured
Star forwards Neymar and Kylian Mbappe were both out injured but could return when PSG face the Reds on Wednesday. PSG, one point behind second-placed Liverpool in Champions League Group C, host the Anfield side

Paris St-Germain warmed up for their game against Liverpool by beating Toulouse to extend their record-breaking start to the Ligue 1 season. The French champions have won all 14 league games, a record at the start of one of Europe's top five leagues.

Edinson Cavani scored the only goal early on with an exquisite flick past a defender and volley.

Reds' Uneven League Form Continued Unabated On Saturday
The Reds' uneven league form continued unabated on Saturday as they failed to break down the determined Eagles at Old Trafford.

United dominated possession but could not find a way past Wayne Hennessey, with the home crowd reacting with sporadic jeers at the final whistle. And Mourinho questioned his men's will to win as he tried to explain this latest slip.

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho suggested that his players lacked the heart to take three points from the weekend's Premier League fixture after being held 0-0 by Crystal Palace.

"A bad result, no chance to see it as one point we win because there are two points we lost. Crystal Palace deserve the credit. They came for this and they got it and fought for it and gave everything for it," the manager said.  "We used the sides very well and made them move to one sides and then go to the other but there was not enough intensity, not enough desire.

"It is a game we really need to win. If we play with the same philosophy against Young Boys then we won’t win and have to go to Valencia and win there. There are games that are special and not just one more: this was a special game, the first of eight Premier League games until the end of December and a game we need to win and it was not enough from the heart. "You must play with brain and also with heart and I think there was not enough heart."

Thierry Henry Finally Has A  First Win On His Managerial Record
The fortunes of the French side changed little with Henry calling the shots. The club lost four and drew two of his first six matches in charge before finally picking up a win on Saturday. His time has seen the club knocked out of the Champions League and, even after Saturday's win, they sit two points back of safety in Ligue 1.

The Arsenal, Barcelona and France legend replaced the sacked Leonardo Jardim six weeks ago with the club third from bottom, following his time as an assistant for Belgium.

A Radamel Falcao goal 54 minutes in was all Monaco needed to claim a 1-0 win over Caen in Ligue 1 play on Saturday, handing Henry his first victory as manager of the French side in seven matches at the helm.

They are just weird, aren't they? This probably sums up what we really think about cults and what is wrong with them. We don't really bother with what they actually think because it's easy to write them off, just like everyone else does. But what do they think?

The most well known of the “cults” are probably, the Jehovah's Witness. Like Christians, they believe that  the Bible is the inspired word of God. So if they believe in the Bible, then what's the problem with them? The  Jehovah’s Witness’ big mistake is that they don't think Jesus is God. This a complete misunderstanding of the Bible.

After all, the Bible calls Jesus “God”, and says that he forgives people's sins -something only God can do.

Another group, known as the Mormons, also believes in the Bible. But they get Jesus wrong as well. They teach that we need both Jesus and the “new revelation” about God that came in America in 1800s. But Christians have always believed that Jesus is enough for our salvation. We just need to believe in him -we don't need anything extra. So we don't need “Another Testament of Jesus Christ”, as the Book of Mormon calls  itself on the front cover.

People may get Christianity and these kinds of cults mixed up, but 2 John1:7-11 tells us how we can recognise false teaching.

7NIV:I say this because many deceivers, who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh, have gone out into the world. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.
8NIV:Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be rewarded fully.
9NIV:Anyone who runs ahead and does not continue in the teaching of Christ does not have God; whoever continues in the teaching has both the Father and the Son.
10NIV:If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not take them into your house or welcome them.
11NIV:Anyone who welcomes them shares in their wicked work.

Questions to Consider
  • What attitude does Jesus want us to have to cults?
  • How can we be ready to answer their questions?

Motion Points
  • Seeking to understand more of the Christ's teachings so that you will know when a false teacher, “goes beyond”  them (verse 9)
  • Becoming aware of cults operating in your area and learning more about what they believe. Make a list, comparing your findings with Christianity.

Hymn For Today
Church's One Foundation- Samuel J. Stone
1.Is Jesus Christ her Lord,
She is His new creation
By water and the Word.
From heaven He came and sought her
To be His holy bride;
With His own blood He bought her
And for her life He died.

2.She is from every nation,
Yet one o'er all the earth;
Her charter of salvation,
One Lord, one faith, one birth;
One holy Name she blesses,
Partakes one holy food,
And to one hope she presses,
With every grace endued.

3.The Church shall never perish!
Her dear Lord to defend,
To guide, sustain, and cherish,
Is with her to the end:
Though there be those who hate her,
And false sons in her pale,
Against both foe or traitor
She ever shall prevail.

4.Though with a scornful wonder
Men see her sore oppressed,
By schisms rent asunder,
By heresies distressed:
Yet saints their watch are keeping,
Their cry goes up, "How long?"
And soon the night of weeping
Shall be the morn of song!

5.'Mid toil and tribulation,
And tumult of her war,
She waits the consummation
Of peace forevermore;
Till, with the vision glorious,
Her longing eyes are blest,
And the great Church victorious
Shall be the Church at rest.

6.Yet she on earth hath union
With God the Three in One,
And mystic sweet communion
With those whose rest is won,
With all her sons and daughters
Who, by the Master's hand
Led through the deathly waters,
Repose in Eden land.

7.O happy ones and holy!
Lord, give us grace that we
Like them, the meek and lowly,
On high may dwell with Thee:
There, past the border mountains,
Where in sweet vales the Bride
With Thee by living fountains
Forever shall abide!

1.Sometimes, the journey to the promised land may become very rough, but the destination is sure. What matters then is not the nature of the journey but your passion for the destination.

2.If God is leading you on that path, it means you have the capacity to get to your destination. You are too strong to give up midway. Finish the journey.

3.Often times, just when people write you off and think that you cannot make it, that's when God decides to show up to prove Himself in your life, surprise and silence them for good.

4.There is hope when God is involved in the affairs of your life. The man who despises a mustard seed soon realizes when it grows into a big tree that he acted foolishly.

5.Never despise or give up on anyone who is pursuing the plan of God with passion. You'd be surprised what God can do for them overnight because of their commitment and persistence

6.You don't have to fight every 'battle' in order to win. Sometimes, the best thing to do is apply wisdom - walk away. Victory is the product of wisdom, not strength.

7.Only a few have the eyes to see your potential before God shows the proof. Those who wait to see proof before they acknowledge potential are potentially blind.

8.Sometimes, you can't make people to see what they don't have eyes to see. Work on your potential and let God give the proof. Whenever you find yourself doubting how far you can go, just remember how far you have come.

9.Remember everything you have faced, all the battles you have won, and all the fears you have overcome.
10.You may have a great dream in life but until you allow yourself to go through the mill of change, all you have is a dream. Every dream first of all needs the maturity of the dreamer to come to pass. Are you putting yourself in shape for your dream?

11.When you make God the author and finisher of your faith, you don't get worried no matter how long things may seem to take. The reason is that you will be living according to His timeline, not yours. And God is always on time.

12.The weight of the cross you carry is a revelation of your greatness and the glory of your destiny. Sometimes, you might shed tears and ask a lot of questions, but never let go of the cross. The cross is the key into the glory.

13.Your welfare and well being is more important to God than you think. He is still the God that brings light into darkness - Genesis 1:3. When God gives you a word of assurance, don't jinx it with your thoughts; He only speaks what He is determined to do.

14.You can't do for yourself what God wants to do for you, and you can't take yourself to where He wants to take you.
That's the reason you must take Him at His word irrespective of what your eyes see and the conditions around you. God cannot disappoint [ Numbers 23:19]

15.When God is the one ordering your steps, He makes sure you meet the right people as and when they are needed. And when you do, they wholeheartedly help you to accomplish His purpose. He connects dots only He can connect.

16.Despise no man in this life. Even the poorest of men has something to give you that the richest of men may not be able to.

17.A man's ability is not in his status, but in who he is. You can take away a man's position, but you can never take away who he is or what he can do. No matter where you find yourself now on the ladder of life, never lose sight of who you are. Its your greatest ability to weather the storms of life.

18.Always be real because honest mistakes (mistakes you make  being yourself) are better than feigned perfection. When you make a mistake being real, it is far better than trying to be perfect under pretence.

19.Are you being real to people in life or you are pretending? When you genuinely desire to be a blessing to others, God will make sure that you don't run out of His blessings.

20.The nozzle of the tap that always gives water is never dry or dirty. It means that often times, the best way to maintain the flow of God's blessing in your life is to be a blessing to others. If you want God to trust you with ancient wealth, be selfless. That's how you become a blessing to humanity - Genesis 12:2

21.You can't know more than you have learnt, and you cannot be better than the level to which you have developed and groomed yourself.

22.Personal development is your responsibility and that is how you add value to your life. When its all been said and done, you determine your value or how much you are worth in life at the end of the day.

23.So don't compare yourself to others who are working tirelessly to become the better versions of themselves when you are not. You can't blame any soul for how you end up.

24.When the journey becomes tough, people need encouragement. Somebody needs your encouragement right now. Encourage a friend, brother, sister, spouse, beloved or partner today. Let them feel and know that someone believes in them despite the odds.

25.Encouragement is something we all need. Don't allow the people around you to be giving up when you can be the voice that encourages them to forge on. There is something I say - anybody who gives up has not encountered me yet. Make that your slogan too.

26.Hope is lost when people give up, and it is restored when they are encouraged. People are going through diverse challenges and could use a word from you. Assure them that it will be well; that they are not alone.

27.It is one of the beautiful and priceless gifts you can give. And remember - you may also need it some day.

28.When you believe God for the impossible, He will do the impossible for you. He responds to the level to which you can believe in Him.

29.And when you believe in Him, you assign Him to work on your behalf. This week, believe Him for supernatural and resounding testimonies.

30.Above all, receive fresh ideas, insight, wisdom, grace and strength to make a lasting impact. May you succeed with ease where others have struggled.

31.Don't pretend you care when in actual fact you don't; and don't pretend you don't when you truly do.

32.Hypocrisy has destroyed and robbed people of many good things than they can ever think of or imagine. Be real.

33.Having the right attitude or character is one of the greatest gifts a man can have in life. In fact, your attitude is the vehicle to your altitude.

34.No matter how gifted you are, there are heights you cannot get to if you don't have the right attitude.

35.Your gift is destined to bring you before great men, but your attitude or character can deny you that glory. Work on yourself.

36.Life is not merely built on what you know, but also what you do. Acquiring knowledge means nothing if it will not be applied.

37.Application makes all the difference. Until you practice or apply what you know, you will never secure your place in greatness. Work with what you know.

38.One of the strengths of maturity is the ability to acknowledge your mistakes and make genuine efforts to correct them.

39.Accepting you were wrong or made a mistake is not a sign of weakness; it is proof that you.can be trusted.

40.People love to follow those who can accept it when they make a mistake. Refusing to accept your errors does not make you perfect. Be wise.

41.While a bird flies, a fish swims. And while a fish survives in water, a bird dies when submerged into water for some time.

42.That is the law of uniqueness. We are all very different in our own ways and have our individual strengths and weaknesses.

43.Your strengths don't make you any better than others as much as your weaknesses do not make you inferior to them.

44.Encourage and help people to overcome their weaknesses and also appreciate them for their strengths - it won't take yours away.

45.Be a master in your field and you will see that competing with others is a very useless thing.

46.Competition is for people who haven't discovered their abilities and uniqueness in life. I can never imagine the sea competing with a tree.

47.Don't look down on yourself because you lack mastery in another man's field. You are a great package on your own.

48.There are three things that primarily define you, control your destiny or determines what you do:
  • What you see
  • What you hear
  • What you believe or digest

49.Until you control the above, you cannot control the direction of your life. The world is an open market place, but you are responsible for what you buy.
50.There are different fuels for running different engines and each must be used rightly. Pursuing a dream because of a challenge is good but sustaining it because of a challenge might not work. Succeed because it is in you not because of what is around you.

51.Success is synonymous to challenges and without challenges, success will have no value. Those who succeed equally face challenges as those who fail.
52.The difference however is in their mindset and determination. Better to try and fail than to not try at all. Step out.

53.Hurting someone can be as easy as throwing a stone in the sea but do you have any idea how deep that stone can go? Think before you hurt someone.
