Blogging is not as reliable way of making money online. No matter the ad programme you are using , it is still not reliable. I have started blogging for quite some years now, the earning keeps depreciating as if  no work is done.

In the consequences of the above, not that people are not visiting your blog, but poeple are there reading your work without earning you a penny. These are work of scamming!  The irony of the ordeal is that the ad programmers want to show ad impressions on your blog just like that without wanting it been clicked, preventing it from been clicked and even if clicked maybe questioned. This is like telling someone to come and eat and holding his or her hands. Now, tell me, how will you be satisfy in this manner?

Further more, the most challenging aspect of the matter is C.P.C. [ Cost Per Click ]. It flunctuates like weather. It is never static! Now, how do you want to make it here? Worse still, you can even have a negative C.P.C. Imagine, how do you  even make both ends meet here?

Not that alone, consider the disproval you went through earlier on. Now that you are fully approved, how far have you gone?  I think something is wrong. No matter the originality of the content , at the end of the day you still earn zero with about minimium of five hundred page views. Where are your earning going? Are you are not running at loss with your internet subcription?

Conclusively, blogging is not best reliable business online. If you do not want to hire clickers or manipulate clicks. It is not encouraging and sometimes annoying since it is a three persons transaction. The three persons involved are the publisher ( blogger ), advertiser and advertising programmer. It is whatever they show on your revenue table that you will accept. It is not a physical transactions. Even still your website can be hacked or spam. Young technobloggers beware and look elsewhere! Anyway, it is nice to try something new.

Any woman seeing her menstrual period should please avoid these four (4) things

#1. Do not drink ice water, soda water, or eat coconut during menstruation.

#2. Do not apply shampoo in your hear because the pores of the head remains open during menstruation and may cause you headache (when it hits the wind head). This could be very dangerous and its effects could be felt at your younger age and later in old age. .

#3. Do not eat cucumbers during menstruation because the sap present in the cucumber can cause blockage of some menstruation flows (blood waste) in the uterine wall, which may result in barrenness!

#4. In addition during menstruation, your body should not be subjected to knocks or hit by any hard objects, especially the abdomen, because it can cause vomiting of blood and that can injure the  uterus. And these are the "ORIGIN OF UTERUS CANCER, CYSTS AND BARRENNESS in women.

Research proves that drinking anything ice during menstruation can retain menstrual blood in the uterine walls, and after 5-10 years it can cause "UTERUS CANCER OR TUMOR".

Work is an integral part of human existence . As soon as Adam was created, God crafted work for him to do. He made  that clear from the beginning of creation when HE placed Adam the first man in the garden of Eden to “ dress it and keep it. ” From here we can deduce that God desires that man should work rather than live an idle life.

Today, many people take short cut to get wealth in haste but not considering the end effects. Many live a life of deception, corruption and manipulation. You maybe thinking probably that these people are ahead of you but no they are not. They are just a running like a shadow that will soon disappear when you appear. God inniated work for man to make him happy and to contribute positively to the society. Epistle Paul said , “ if any would not work , neither should he eat.” [ 2 Thessalonians 3:10]

Do not despise small opportunities though, for your small business today can become a conglomerate tomorrow. Howbeit do not make your work an idol. Avoid laziness and shun mediocrity. Always work and pray.

“ Small business opportunity today can become a conglomerate  tomorrow. Do not quite the business you are doing now, instead look for means it can get you more earning” - [ Adewale Osunsakin, 2018]

Here we are going to be making use of four different Bible Versions: KJV , ESV , NIV AND AMP. Try to strike out their differences and presentation:

GENESIS 2: 15-17
15KJV:And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

ESV:The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.
NIV:The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and take care of it.
AMP:And the Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to tend and guard and keep it.

ESV:And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “You may surely eat of every tree of the garden,
NIV:And the Lord God commanded the man, “You are free to eat from any tree in the garden;
AMP:And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, You may freely eat of every tree of the garden;

17KJV:But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

ESV:but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
NIV:but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat from it you will certainly die.”
AMP:But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and blessing and calamity you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.

No matter the weight of your sin , God is ready to forgive you [3] Believe that God loves you. {  Read [ Romans 5:8 ] } God loves you more than you think. Kindly and humbly recognise this fact. [4] Invite Jesus Christ into your heart through sincere prayer of faith. {Read [Revelation 3: 20 ] } God wants you to you declare your sincerity verbally. Speak to him in prayer, HE is ready to hear you. God bless you as you do so. Stay bless. Shalom!

Sulaimon Kazaure the Director-General ( D.G) of National Youth Service Corps (NYSC),  has said that the allowance being currently paid to corps members monthly is inadequate to provide for their needs.

Kazaure revealed on Monday in Kano state after the swearing-in ceremony of the 2018 Batch ‘A’ corps members.

The DG said that there was a plan to increase monthly allowance of corps members.

He said, “Our efforts to ensure that the monthly allowance of the corps members is increased have yielded a very good result following series of discussion with the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige."

He added, “The N18,800 paid to corps members is grossly inadequate to cater for their needs during the mandatory one year service to the nation.

The federal government had set-up a committee to look into the upward review of the minimum wage which will determine the increase of the corps members’ allowance. We have been assured that when the new minimum wage takes effect, also the corps members allowance will be reviewed upward."

Senator Dino Melaye ( The Chairman of the Senate Committee on the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Senator  APC, Kogi West) has been arrested by operatives of the SARS [Special Anti Robbery Squad ].

Senator Melaye was this morning, taken to the SARS detention facility located just opposite the old Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN junction along the Area 1 expressway.

It was gathered that the Nigeria Police Force forcefully carried out the arrest of Melaye without an arrest warrant or court order. In a telephone conversation this morning, Senator Mekaye.

However, sounded rattled, as background conversation suggested a struggle between himself and some of the operatives after which his mobile lines were switched off.

His initial attempts were made by the police to arrest Senator Melaye after immigration officials disembarked him from a flight to Morocco on Monday morning.

Following his release after three hours detention at the immigration office at the airport, the lawmaker’s house was besieged by over 80 armed policemen from noon yesterday until the early hours of Tuesday.

God is the grand master of the universe . He created man in His own image who no man can make in the likeness of the real man. Through out the history of science, human being is too complicated that no one was able to reproduced.

Although science is trying it best to reproduce man but all manners proved abortive. This shows the supremacy of God over man. Why is this so you may ask?  There is no artificial parts of man which can be crafted in the like maner of what God has made.

God crafted heaven and earth. Initially, the earth was shapeless, completely empty and occupied with darkness.  God created the light. Everything God created was for a purspose. He created the light to wipe out darkness. There is a purpose why you are you been created. Discover yours today!

God is The Master of Intelligence. HE skilfully designed the universe and put man has the general overseer. Man was created to have dominion. You are  born to rule and to be creative. Search yourself today and get started!

Mathematical models describe our beliefs about how the world functions. In mathematical modeling, we translate those beliefs into the language of mathematics.

- Mathematics is a very precise language. This helps us to formulate ideas and identify underlying assumptions.

- Mathematics is a concise language, with well – defined rules for manipulations.

- Computers can be used to perform numerical calculations.

Mathematical modeling can be used for a number of different purposes. The following are the objectives of modelling :-
-Developing scientific understanding through quantitative expression of current knowledge of a system.

-Test the effect of changes in a system

-Aid decision making including tactical decisions by managers strategic by planners.

Generally speaking, in any given model or equation, there are two types of variables:
-Independent variables: the values that can be changed in a given model or equation. They provide the “input” which is modified by the model to change the “output”.

-Dependent variables: The values that result from the independent variables.

The definition of an independent or dependent variable is more or  less universal in both statistical and scientific experiments and in mathematics; however, the way the variable is used varies slightly between experimental situations and mathematics.

If a scientist conducts an experiment to test the theory that a vitamin could extend a person’s life – expectancy, then:
-The independent variable is the amount of vitamin that is given to the subjects within the experiment. This is controlled by the experimenting scientist.

-The dependent variable, or the variable being affected by the affected by the independent variable, is life span.

-The independent variables and dependent variables can vary from person to person, and the variances are what are being tested; that is, whether the people given the vitamin live longer than the not given the vitamin.

The scientist might then conduct further experiments changing other independent variables gender, ethnicity, overall health, etc in order to evaluate the resulting dependent variables and to narrow down the effects of the vitamin on life span under difference circumstances.

Here are some other examples of independent and dependent variables In scientific experiments:

-A scientist studies the impact of a drug on cancer. The independent variables are the administration of the drug – the dosage and timing. The dependent variable is the impact the drugs have on cancer.

-A scientist studies the impact of withholding affection on rats. The independent variable is the amount of affection. The dependent variable is the reaction of the rats.

-A scientist studies how many days’ people can eat soup until they get sick. The independent variable is the number of days people can eat the soup. The dependent variable is the onset of illness.

Game theory is a study of strategic decision making. It is also the study of mathematical models of conflict and cooperation between intelligent rational decision makers.

Another term suggested game theory as a more descriptive name for the discipline that it is an interactive decision theory. Game theory is mainly used in economics, political science and psychology, as well as logic and biology. The theory first addressed zero sum games, such that one person’s gains exactly equal net losses of the other participant(s).

Today, however, game theory applies to a wide of behavioural relations, and has developed into an umbrella term for the logical side of decision science, to include both human and non-humans, like computers. Modern game theory began with the idea regarding the existence of mixed-strategy equilibria in two person zero-sum games and its proof by a theorist named John Von Neumann.

He used Brownness’s fixed-point theorem on continuous mapping into compact convex sets in his original proof, which became a standard method in a game theory and mathematical economics. The second edition of his book provided an axiomatic theory of expected utility, which allowed mathematical statisticians and economists to treat decision-making under uncertainty.

This theory was developed extensively in the 1950s by many scholars. Games theory was later applied to biology in the 1970s.

Cooperative or non-cooperative – a game is cooperative if the players are able to form binding commitments. For example the legal system requires them to adhere to their promises.

In non cooperative games this is not possible. Communication among players is allowed in cooperative games, but not in non-cooperative  ones.

Of the two types of games, non-cooperative games are able to model situations to the finest details, producing accurate results. Cooperative games focus on the games focus at large. Hybrid games coalitions of players are formed in a cooperative game, but these play in a non-cooperative fashion.

A symmetric game is a game where the pay offs for playing a particular strategy depend only on the other strategies employed, not on who is playing them.

If the identities of the players can be changed without changing the payoff to the strategies, then the game is symmetric. The standard representation of chicken, the prisoner’s dilemma, and the stag hunt are all symmetric games. Many of the commonly studied 2 x 2 games are symmetric.

Asymmetric games are game where there are identical strategy sets for both players. For examples, the ultimatum game and similarly the dictator game have different strategies for each player. It is possible for a game to have identical strategies for both players, yet be asymmetric.

Zero-sum games are a special case of constant-sum games, in which choices by players can neither increase nor decrease the available resources.

In zero-sum games, the total benefit to all players in the game, for every combination of strategies, always adds to zero (more informally, a player benefits only at the equal expense of others). Some theorists exemplifies a zero sum game (ignoring the possibility of the house’scut), because one wins exactly the amount one’s opponents lose.

Other zero-sum games include matching amount one’s opponents lose. Other zero-sum games include matching pennies and most classical board games including Go and Chess.

Many games studied by game theorists including the infamous prisoner’s dilemma are non-zero-sum games, because the outcome has net results greater or less than zero. Informally, in non-zero sum games, a gain by one player does not necessarily correspond with a loss by another.

Simultaneous games are games where both players move simultaneously or if they do not move simultaneously, the later players are unaware of the earlier players’ actions (making them effectively simultaneously).

Sequential games (or dynamic games) are games where later players have some knowledge about earlier actions. This need be have some knowledge about earlier actions. This need be perfect information about every action of earlier players, it might be very little knowledge, for example, a player may know that an earlier player did not perform one particular action, while he does not know which of the other available actions the first player actually performed.

Overview of ICT

ICT stands for information and communication technology. The plural form is information and communication technologies (ICTs). They are a diverse set of technological tools and resources used to create process, store, retrieve, communicate, and manage information. ICTs comprise a range of technology products and activities that enable the recording, storage, recording, storage, processing and retrieval, transition, and reception of information.

ICT gadgets include;
[1] Computers
[2] Telephone (GSM)
[3] Cellular network
[4] Satellite communications
[5] Television
[6] The Internet.

The benefits of ICT are numerous which include the following;
1.Timely, better and cheaper access to knowledge and information.
2.Speeds up transactions and processes.
3.Provides opportunities for human beings to interact with one another in new ways easily.
4.Makes distance to become irrelevant in business transactions and dealings.
5.ICT has brought about innovative ways of interaction.
6.It provides employment opportunities to people globally
7.It is very useful as a medium of instruction in schools. It also makes people to acquire knowledge especially in ICT.
8.When used in governance, it leads to efficiency. This is called e-administration.
9.It is useful in medicine for medical diagnosis.

Despite the benefits of ICT, it has some disadvantages some of which include the following:
1.It can lead to job loss as a result of computerization of transactions in an office.
2.Youth often abuse the internet by using it mostly for entertainment, watching pornography and using it to commit crime, notably cybercrime.
3.ICT use often leads to a breakdown in social bonds between people. 4.People prefer to send e-mails or call their loved ones on phone rather than visiting them.
5.Extensive use of ICT often leads to some health implications like eye strains, backaches, etc.
6.ICT use can lead to computer addiction, obsessive computing behavior and stress.
7.Advent of ICT has led to infringement of people’s privacy and confidentiality of information today can no longer be guaranteed.

The Global System for Mobile Communication(GSM;original from Group Special Mobile) is the most popular standard for mobile phones in the world. GSM service is used by over 2 billion people across more than 212 countries and territories. The ubiquity of the GSM standard makes international roaming very common between mobile phone operators, enabling subscribers to use their phones in many part of the world. GSM differs significantly from its predecessors in that it is considered a second generation (2G) mobile phone system.

From the point of view of GSM users, the key advantage of GSM systems has been higher digital voice quality and low cost alternatives to making calls such as text messaging.

Also, like other cellar standards, GSM allows network operators to offer roaming services which means subscribers can use their phones all over the world.

One of the key features of GSM is the subscriber identity module (SIM), commonly known as a SIM card. The SIM is detachable smart card containing the user’s subscription information and phonebook. This allows the user to retain his or her information after switching off the handsets.

Alternatively, the user can also change operators while retaining the handset simply by changing the SIM, some operators will block this by allowing the phone to use only a single SIM  or only a SIM issued by them; this practice is known as SIM locking, and is illegal in some countries.

Fax (short for facsimile, i.e. “make a copy”) is a telecommunications technology used to transfer copies (facsimiles) of documents, especially using affordable devices operating over the telephone network. The word telefax, short for telefacsimile, for “make a copy at a distance”, is also used as a synonym.

A fax machine is essentially an image scanner, a modem, and a computer printer combined into a highly specialised package. The scanner converts the content of a physical document into a digital image, the modem sends the image data over a phone line, and the printer at the other end, makes a duplicate of the original document.

Fax machines with additional electronic features can connect to computers; can be used to scan documents into a computer, and to print documents from the computer. Such high-end devices are called multifunction printers and cost more than fax machines.

The telephone is a telecommunication device which is used to transmit and receive sound (most commonly voice and speech) across distance. Most telephones operate through transmission of electric signals over a complex telephone network which allows almost any phone user to communicate with almost any other.

Thus, a telephone is an electric tool. Using a telephone, two people who are in different places can talk. Computer can use a machine called a modem to talk to other computer over a telephone line. This allows a computer to connect to other computer networks including the internet.

Early telephones needed to be connected with wires. Now telephone calls can be sent with radio. This is also called wireless. While the term “wireless” in this context means radio and can refer to any telephone that uses radio waves, it is primarily used for cellular mobile phones.

Your mistake is not bigger than God. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope." (Jeremiah 29:11). Oftentimes, I hear people say,  I’ve just blown it so many times. I had this major setback. I don’t see how I could ever get to where I’m supposed to be.”

We have to realize our mistakes aren’t that powerful. Our mistakes aren’t too big for God. He’s not up in the heavens shaking His head saying, “I never dreamed they would do that. They’ve ruined My plan.” No, God knew every mistake we would ever make. He knew every wrong turn, and He’s already prepared a new route. He already has your detour figured out.

Scripture says that God knows the end from the beginning. If you’ve made some mistakes, the good news is that He has already planned a way to get you back on track! Just come to Him with an open and humble heart. Let Him wash you clean and make you new. Your mistakes aren’t bigger than God. He loves you and has a good plan for you! God bless you.

Read: Romans 5:1-6

MEMORISE: Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. (Romans 5:1)

Paul used a beautiful phrase to describe the believer's position in Christ: through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God (Romans 5:2) . This is no puddle of mercy that barely wets the toes, but rather a mighty ocean. The Lord's kindness wraps around us without regard for our past mistakes and failures.

Yesterday, we discussed the second chance we gained in Christ. In continuation, God's grace is an essential concept for believers to understand. He freely offers His favour to mankind because Jesus' sacrifice on the cross purchased forgiveness and salvation for anyone who believes. However, many people think they are enjoying God's kindness when what they are really trying to do is, earn it. If we have to purchase, merit, or work for grace, then it is not a gift *(Ephesians 2:8-9)*. The Lord is very clear that works cannot save us. In fact, He compares our good deeds to filthy rags *(Isaiah 64:6)*.

On the other hand, God's grace is not a license to be lazy; Christians are called upon to serve the Lord every day. From the outside, it is usually impossible to distinguish between works and service in someone else's life. But God knows the motivation of every heart. He is pleased by the things we do to show Him our love and to express appreciation for His countless blessings. Such actions bring glory to His name.

Keep in mind that serving God in order to earn His favour or ensure that He continues blessing you amounts to thwarting grace. You can do nothing to deserve the Lord's kindness! He pours it upon believers freely, that is why it is wise to wait on Him for total turnover.

1.Lord, endow me with the grace to always do things that will bring glory to Your name.
2.Lord, pour on me the power to remain steadfast in my journey to heaven.
3.Pray for the children of the ministers of the gospel who are wayward, that God should visit them with His salvation.

EXTRA READING FOR TODAY: Judges 20 & Acts 23

MEMORISE: Be thou diligent to know the state of thy flocks, and look well to thy herds. Proverbs 27:23

READ:  Ephesians 6:1-4
1 Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right.
2 Honour thy father and mother; which is the first commandment with promise;
3 That it may be well with thee, and thou mayest live long on the earth.
4 And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.

We are mandated in today’s memory verse to diligently look after our flock. The succeeding verses outline the great rewards that accrue from doing this. Proverbs 27:26-27 says,

“The lambs are for thy clothing, and the goats are the price of the field.  And thou shalt have goats' milk enough for thy food, for the food of thy household, and for the maintenance for thy maidens.”

There is something striking about these of Scripture. If taking care of animals attracts so much reward, how much more would we be rewarded when we heed God’s commandment to care for our children? Unknown to many people, one of the reasons why God decide to bless Abraham so much was Abraham’s determination to transfer his worship, fear and obedience of the Almighty to his children. Genesis 18:19 says,

“For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.”

Abraham was wise enough to see to it that not only his children but all his household servants as well knew the Lord and feared Him.

When we take time to care for our children spiritually and physically, we will be happy for it. The daughter of Pharaoh who adopted Moses made a profound statement, when she handed him over to his mother, which we should take note of. In Exodus 2:9 she said:

“…..Take this child away, and nurse it for me, and I will give thee thy wages…...”

When we see children as the Lord’s heritage and not as our possessions, we will be careful to train them for God and not for ourselves (Psalm 127:3). When we do this, their original Owner will reward us handsomely. Proverbs 23:24-25 mentions some of these rewards:

“The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him.Thy father and thy mother shall be glad, and she that bare thee shall rejoice.”

Beloved, only children trained in the fear of the Lord will grow up to be righteous and wise. So, take care of your children by instilling the fear of the lord in them, and serve as a role model of the righteousness of God to them.

Father, please give me the wisdom and ability to take care of the children You put in my care to the glory of your Name.

TOPIC : Moses Yields to Impatience
PREACHER: MARANATH

Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.  Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name [is] in him.  Exodus 23:20,21.

"And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock; and he said unto them, Hear now, … Moses lifted up hand, and smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also. Lord spake to Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed Me not, to sanctify Me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given."

Here Moses sinned. He became wearied with the continual murmurings of the people against him, took the rod, instead of speaking to the rock, as God commanded, smote it with the rod twice, after saying, "Must we fetch you water out of this rock?" He here spoke unadvisedly with his lips. He did not say,He did not ascribe the power and glory to God for causing water to again flow from the flinty rock, and therefore did not magnify Him before the people. For this failure on the part of Moses, God would     not permit him to lead the people to the Promised Land.

Moses was stirred, and in impatience and anger with the people, because of their murmurings, he said, "Hear now, ye rebels, must we fetch you water out of this rock?" In thus speaking he virtually admitted to murmuring Israel that they were correct in charging him with leading them from Egypt. God could not regard a sin in a leader of His people as in those who were led. He could not excuse the sin of Moses and permit him to enter the Promised Land.

The Lord here gave His people unmistakable proof that He who had wrought such a wonderful deliverance for them in bringing them from Egyptian bondage, was the mighty Angel, and not Moses, who was going before them in all their travels, and of whom He had said, "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, Beware of Him, and obey His voice, provoke Him not for My name is in Him." Exodus 23:20, 21.

"I remember the devotion of your youth, how as a bride you loved me and followed me through the wilderness." Jeremiah 2:2

As I flipped through a box of my old wedding photographs, my fingers stopped at a picture of my husband and me, newly christened “Mr. and Mrs.” My dedication to him was obvious in my expression. I would go anywhere with him.

Nearly four decades later, our marriage is tightly threaded with love and a commitment that has carried us through both hard and good times. Year after year, I’ve recommitted my dedication to go anywhere with him.

Dear God, help me to keep the promises I've made to You. I will follow You anywhere.

In Jeremiah 2:2, God yearns for His beloved but wayward Israel, “I remember the devotion of your youth, how as a bride you loved me and followed me.” The Hebrew word for devotion conveys the highest loyalty and commitment possible. At first, Israel expressed this unwavering devotion to God, but gradually she turned away.

Despite the undeniably powerful feelings in the early stages of commitment, complacency can dull the sharp edge of love and a lack of zeal can lead to unfaithfulness. We know the importance of fighting against such a lag in our marriages. What about the fervor of our love relationship with God? Are we as devoted to Him now as we were when we first came to faith?

God faithfully allows His people to return (3:14–15). Today we can renew our vows to follow Him—anywhere.

Dear God, help me to keep the promises I’ve made to You. I will follow You anywhere. You don’t need to know where you’re going if you know God is leading.

Jeremiah is sometimes known as the weeping prophet. He’s saddened by the messages God has asked him to take to the people of Israel. In essence, the Lord is asking the people of Jerusalem, “Why don’t you love me like you once did?” Sometimes familiarity can create complacency. What can we do to keep our flame of passion for the Lord burning bright?

"With your blessing the house of your servant will be blessed forever”(II Samuel 7:29).

God looked at David who was grazing the cattle in his youth days. As Lord blessed him, He turned into a great monarch for the whole of Israel. The reign of David was the Golden Age for Israel. Now David lives in a palace built of the Cedar trees.

On the day of his dedication, Kings of several countries, VIPs and wealthy people would have filled that house with gifts. But what was the wish of David? He eagerly prayed for the blessing of God to his house. Let your home also be filled with the presence of God, Divine Grace and Divine Mercy rather than being filled with the worldly things. There is nothing equivalent to that of the blessing of God.

Once, a woman appreciated David saying that his wisdom was greater than that of the angels. He possessed gold and silver. He had servants; he had bravery too. Even though he had all these worldly blessings, he longed for the heavenly blessings.

Peace in the family and divine joy in the mind are the greatest blessings of God. The Scripture says, “The Lord will give strength to His people; the LORD will bless His people with peace” (Psalm 29:11). “My people will dwell in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings and in quiet resting places” (Isaiah 32:18).

For many Indians, the United States of America is a dreamland. The people who go over there do not return. Even many servants of God are looking out whether they could settle in America itself leaving the present ministry here. But what is the truth? It is in America that many mad people live. Most of the young men and women there have disobeyed the words of their parents and have begun to lead a life with no discipline. The United States of America has ruined many Indian families; their married life has been jeopardised.

Similarly, Japan stands first where the income of the individual stands the highest. There, for every three minutes a suicide is committed. Day and night, they do all sorts of things to earn money and in turn, have ruined the blessings of God and peace in the family. But for David, the blessing of God and the peace He gives alone looked great and not the worldly blessings of wealth, money, beauty etc. Dear children of God, do you have peace in your family? If not, call Jesus, the Prince of peace, with love.

To meditate : "The blessing of the Lord makes one rich and He adds no sorrow with it” (Proverbs 10:22).

SCRIPTURE: I have not spoken in secret,"in a dark place of the earth": I said not unto the seed of Jacob,"Seek ye me in vain": I the Lord speak righteousness,"I declare things that are right. Isaiah 45":19

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: If you give God your attention,"He will deal with your affliction and frustration.

We were created by God to live our lives solely for Him. The major essence of life is to serve and worship God. Therefore, life is a call unto service to God.

It is, however, important to know that God does not call anyone to seek or serve Him in vain; there are profits to be gained from serving God.

Now, what are some of these benefits?
To be engaged in your major assignment for existence is to be energized and vitalized by God to fulfil that assignment. When you live to serve God by doing His assignment, He will in turn, energize and vitalize you to do that assignment. If a person will live to worship the Lord, he becomes a candidate for Divine energy and vitality. So, it is by fulfilling the purpose for which you were born that God will energise you to do more.

To serve God is to be serviced by God. To live in the service of God is to be serviced by God. The Lord promises to bless your bread and water so that you can serve Him without the distraction of sickness, poverty, etc. (Exodus 23":25). God is willing to deal with every distraction of life if a person is willing to donate himself to God in service. If you give God your attention,"He will deal with your affliction and frustration.

My counsel is, make up your mind to live your life totally in the service of God and you will be serviced by God.

Remember this": If you give God your attention,"He will deal with you affliction and frustration.

1. Give God your undivided attention in worship and service.
2. Ask God to deal with any distraction to effective service of God in your life.

PRAYER: O Lord,"I ask that You give me the grace to serve You with dedicated focus. Help me to donate my life to You totally, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.

BIBLE TEXT: Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ (Philippians 1:6).

When you received the Holy Spirit to live in you, He began His ministry in you. He isn’t nestling quietly in  a corner inside you; He’s at work in you. The Bible says Christ Jesus gave Himself for us, that He might purify unto Himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works (Titus 2:14). What are good works? They’re works of faith; works of righteousness wrought through you by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The passion and zeal in you for good works are the result of His work in your life. He’s the One making you energetic for good works. The Bible says, “For we are God’s [own] handiwork (His workmanship), recreated  in Christ Jesus, [born anew] that we may do those good works which God predestined (planned beforehand) for us...” (Ephesians 2:10 AMPC).

Now you  can understand why Paul  said, “Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.” That means the good work continues; you’ll always be effective and fruitful in all you do, because of the greater One at work in you.

Someone might say, “I know I’m doing very well now, but who knows what’ll happen tomorrow; I might just not do so well.” Relax! He told us when His work in you will end. It’s not next week or in two years’ time; it’s until the day of Jesus Christ; until the rapture of the Church. So you see, you’ll keep making progress; you’ll always win. Glory to God!

Dear Father, I thank you for your precious Holy Spirit, who lives in me, and is at work in me, causing me to will and to do of your good pleasure. I win always; I’m  persistently fruitful and productive, bearing fruits of righteousness, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

John 14:16-17, And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [17] Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

1 John 4:4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
