FORGIVE

Topic: FORGIVE

(Eph 4:32) and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.

He is saying go ahead and forgive even as Christ has forgiven you. The former statement in *(Mt 6:12) and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.* This is a conditional statement. How can God forgive you as much as you forgive you debtors, that is a conditional love yet God’s love is unconditional.

A new man is not seeking forgiveness; he has never done something wrong, so he is not the one that was forgiven. The one who needed forgiveness was killed instead on the cross. We have been borne by and through love. We have been made inherently to love.
The bible says *_“for God so loved the world…”_* does it mean that the world had forgiven someone for God to love her? Of course not, this means that, he does not love us on condition that we should love others.

So this format of prayer in *Mathew 6* is not applicable right now. It is the reverse instead; God first gave you forgiveness so that you may forgive others. you cannot give what you have not received, so God first gave you love so that you may give it to others also, freely receive freely give, receiving first and giving, that is what we call grace, divine enabled life-Christianity. Now we forgive because he first forgave us, God is not about to forgive us but he forgave us. We love others because he first loved us. We are not forgiving to receive forgiveness but rather we do forgive because we were first forgiven so that we would give what we receive.

KINGLY CONFESSION
I have recieved the gift of love, am the store house of God’s love, Freely i have recieved forgiveness, freely i give forgiveness. Because of love i am reaching out to my world with this gospel of love. Glory to God.
